Lake County Opioid Alliance seeks speakers – News-Herald

The Lake County Treasurer’s office seeks speakers for the upcoming Lake County Opioid Alliance meeting on Feb. 27.

This meeting will take place at 2 p.m. at 105 Main St. in Painesville, in the assembly room located in the basement near the county Recorder’s office in Building C.

The TLCOA is a partnership involving private sector members, faith-based organizations, and officials from the county, according to a news release. Its main aim is to develop and sustain a thorough plan to address opioid abuse, addiction, overdose, and deaths.

Led by Lake County Treasurer Michael Zuren, this initiative collaborates with local agencies, non-profits, and churches.
