ROAN MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (WCYB) — River of Life Miracles and Operation Joy partnered to bring Christmas presents to students, primarily in areas affected by Helene.
So far, over the past few weeks, they have given out a total of nearly 20,000 gifts to 6,500 students.
